AND THE CLOCKS GO BACK

by

Bob took care of matters on Saturday and by all accounts a good day was had with over 20 launches in not terribly good conditions. Sunday promised much better weather and indeed it was. Again over 20 launches achieved despite a forced change of ends during the morning. Geoff in his K8 and Toby in the club K6 managed to find a little bit of reduced sink and scratched to flights of approx ten minutes, well done chaps. Aimee put in 6 hard but productive flights during the day and Toby’s brother Peter did his first “launch to landing” flight in control. Mr Potter took care of the trial lessons along with Mat and many smiling faces were seen in the afternoon sun. Low sun and misting canopies is now going to become a feature of the afternoons for a few months so get to the club early and get flying to make the most of the shorter day light hours.
